Trouble withdrawing

I decided to invest with Trade Invest Intl formally IMS crypto. I did some research and saw there there were a lot of good reviews on this company and that they seemed to be paying out well and looked to be above board.
The support team were very responsive at the start when I was setting up my account / making my initial deposit.
After the first month's profits were settled I decided to make make my first withdrawal. Over the past 3 weeks I have attempted to make several withdrawal attempts with no success.
I complete the withdrawal form and it says your request is being processed you should receive your funds in 2-3 days...yet nothing ever happens.
The only way to contact support is via email. I have sent several emails over the past few weeks but I have not had a single response from customer support.
At first I was a little concerned now as the weeks go by I am really starting to get worried. If anyone knows how to contact these people or can help in anyway please let me know.
