I am using their signals since the end of 2012 and I´m quite happy so far, only this month was significantly worse than the last months... But these guys have my full trust for 2014!

Good performance, fast support and communication!

I've been using BigAppleForex for more than six months now. The performance is good, the trade replication software runs smooth and the performance trades they publish on their web site aligns 100% with my own trades.

I am with Big Apple Forex since mid January and the resullts are not what I expected. However, I think that the potencial is there and that the future will be much better.I am going to try another six months, because I trust them.

After having taken a course in forex trading and setting up a live account with a credited brokerage company, I had been trading forex for about 12 months with mixed results. After promotion at work, my time to sit and study the charts became limited, I decided to have my account managed and decided to use Big Apple Forex. After a 6 month subscription, Im happy with the results they have provided so far, my return on investment (ROI) was better than any bank or savings account can offer, although there is increased risk with this kind of investment, which Im comfortable with, and I shall be re-newing my subscription for a further 12 months soon.

Hello, the performance shown on their website wasn´t what I experienced on my account. So I wanted the money back as per guarantee. It took more then 4 month!! after many emails I finally got it back!

They explained to me why the refund delayed and I got a refund on Oct. 24th.

Eventually, THEY WON'T REFUND. So, don't waste your money to subscribe their service. Their performance records on Aug and Sep are fake. I guess their past performance records are also fake.

2012-10-18 No Rating Below is the mail sent by BigApple forex on Sep 7th. They said "We are currently riding on a huge drawdown with the AUDUSD trades ....we feel we owe a proper explanation for these two AUDUSD trades.".
But their performance web page (http://bigappleforex.com/wp-content/performance/September2012.html) shows these two AUDUSD are winning trades. The real trade records is "sell", but they modified the records to buy

2012-10-151Star BigApple forex has bad performance on Aug and Sep. Accouding to their Money-Back Guarantee, they should refund the subscription fees. I've mailed them several times to request for the refund but they don't reply.
BigApple is also a dishonest signal provider. They removed the losing trades on their Aug and Sep recoreds. In September, they entered SHORT audusd@1.02524 and stop out @1.04668. On their web site, they modified the records. The SHORT became LONG so that the losing trade became the winning trade. BigApple forex is a SCAMMER!!! .

This is a follow up to my earlier review of Big Apple Forex. I am pleased too announce that I finally received my refund today. They stated that they had delays in the refund process and this was why I did not receive my refund as soon as I should have. So in light if this, I will not call them a scam and I will change my rating for BAF to 3 stars.

I tried their forex signals for 2 months (August and September) and was told that I would be given a 60 day money back guarantee if I was not satisfied with their service. They had many losing trades during this time so I contacted them concerning the gaurantee and I was assured that they woulf refund my money on the day after my subscription expired. They claimed that it would be refunded automatically on that date and apolgized for their poor performance and stated that refunding my money was the least they could do. Well, needless to say I still have not received my refund and I have contacted them numerous time since, but they refuse to respond to my emails. Please stay away from this scam...
