bought the Fx Power Barracuda trading system EA on 2 june 2013 .(now it's been renamed Forex Power Srike by vendor i think). It then came with a refund guarantee if the EA did not make at least 50% in the first month of use. Fast forward 1 month , the account was at a loss and suffered an interim drawdown of 40 to 50%. They asked me earnestly not to request for refund and promised to tweak the EA to make it safer but still profitable. I agree to continue trying the new version of EA with the condition that i can request for a refund anytime (read: no expiry date) if i 'm not satisfied. AFter the 2nd month, the EA is still not profitable , making a loss. I requested for refund at least 3 times via emails but there was absolutely no response to my emails.
Thank God , i only tried it on demo account but have yet to get back my $300+ refund.
