Issue escalated to Traders Court Adnan Khayyat vs. CayaCapital.com | GUILTY
Hello all,

I'm trading with caya since about a year, I was trading small mounts, deposit and withdraw around 2000 to 4000USD.

In the 8th of January 2011, my account reached 20,000USD, and I asked to withdraw 17,000 , they didnt send anything and they kept telling me there's no problem ,its just a matter of time

Today (1/Feb/2011), I called them and they told me that they will not send me my money and they closed my account , and their silly reason was that they didnt clear my trades , thats why they dont have money to pay me my profits.

What a silly thing to say , after around a month they remembered that they didnt clear trades ,, its obvious that they are thieves and they just dont want to pay money for people who make profits.

I wish I can find a way to get my money back or otherwise I'll keep talking about my case until someone can do some legally action against them.

I wish you issue my case against them.

Regards

I made $500 deposit, then when I had profit of $1000 they closed my account and said my trades were wrong! now I can't even login to my account.

I spoke to Mr. Ibrahim over and over... they said we will check tomorrow, we will check today but nothing really happened. I really gave up after I realized there is no chance I can sue them because they are not where they say they are, gos knows where they are. I lost both the 500 and the 1000!

Please if you love you money to be in safe company this is defiantly not the place! This is a SCAM!

Truly appalling. I opened an account in mid 2009, and received a large bonus. Trying to strike it rich, a bet the bonus on a single trade but lost. A while later, I withdrew some (not all) of the funds I had deposited to get the bonus. I should also point out that I made a small number of relatively small trades around this time; some winning, some losing.

After requesting Caya to withdraw some (not all) of the funds previously deposited, and in response to daily emails from Caya advising that if customers made a deposit they would receive a further bonus, I made another deposit to get the additional bonus.

I then received a call from their compliance department, who apparently didn't like the idea that I had a) withdrawn some of the funds previously deposited to get the original bonus; and b) was depositing further funds to gen another bonus - even though they were sending me daily unsolicited emails offering the bonus.

A short time thereafter, all funds I had deposited with Caya were returned to me and my account closed WITHOUT even telling me. In fact, when I called my relationship manager asking why I couldn't log-in, he lied by saying there was a problem with the website.

And if that's not bad enough, I received a ridiculous email from their compliance department a few weeks later referring to a conversation that never took place in which I was supposedly told that there were fraud concerns over the use of the credit card I had used to make the deposits. Suffice it to say, the conversation never occurred and Caya had no fraud concerns - they were simply trying to cover their backs for their outrageous actions in closing my account.

If you're reading this, Caya management please note:
- if you advertise big bonuses, don't be surprised if people try to get them
- people may deposit large sums to get the bonus and then subsequently withdraw part of the funds used to get the bonus
- if you feel the bonus system is open to abuse, you need to come up with terms and conditions relating to the bonus that offers better protection to Caya

Most of all, when you close someone's account, you should a) tell them you have done so; and b) give the (true) reason for having done so. Most of all, don't invent excuses as you did in my case.

That's not too much to ask is it?
