The FPA recommends against doing business with companies which use legal threats to try to hide information.

ECMarkets are witholding my profits a successful trade (CFD). They say that the opening price was incorrect and therefore they can void the trade. The time in the account statement and the Bloomberg quotation at that time show a corresponding price and therefore the price cannot be considered wrong.
