I purchased this software on Dec i6 and my account was supposed to explode in about two months; their words. Truth is my live account imploded by -440.00 , so I asked for a refund Vendor refused, said he was making many pips.

I replied, his guarantee was for MY account exploding, not his, besides I had no proof of his account exploding.

Vendor replied guarantee is a performance guarantee, and his performance is great.

I disagreed with vendors conclusion. Its MY performance which is the guarantee and my performance is NOT as advertised. Then I called my card company and asked them to process a back charge on Plimus.

They started the process and to-day 28 Feb. Plimus e-mailed they had interceded on my behalf and refunded the purchase because of an impending "forced" back charge.

The case is now closed, I got my money back, and let this serve as a warning to others.

BEWARE this Seller - EA opens 2-3 negative trades at a time rinsing your account out. I asked for a refund and it was refused - trader states i'm in profit? Passed to Pimlus for helpa dn they are obnt he same level of this trader - no refund. From mye xperience steer clear from this EA and also from dealing with Pimlus. Refunds are non existent and they do not look after the customer. If the order form does nto say pay through citibank - RUN a MILE!!!

Scam as far as I am concerned. I was never able to get it to trade. I sent them many emails asking for help, but none came. I asked for my money back and they thumbed there nose at me. I am in the process of doing a charge back against them. Stay away if you value your money

I've purchased this EA on 16/01/2010 and until today the performance is very bad. I'm trying to get the refund but until now it has been impossible due to a complete disrespect from the vendor as you can see...

And if needed, I can send the detailed statement with all transactions (losts) made, If I can send it here. Anyhow, I only buy items there are sold by Plimus or Clikbank, just because I know that Customers will be respected and protected from products that claims the best and in reality, the achievements are poor or inexistent. The software buys at highs and sells at lows most of the time resulting in losts that simply are not compensated with the small profits. I purchased the EA 12/19 and at first the results were reasonable.Sadly a couple of weeks ago it began to struggle with current market conditions and began making big losses.I then found out the EA is a scam-copied from the Donchan MA Scalper.I requested a refund,but the developer is currently trying to hide behind past performance to deny me a refund.Don't buy this EA.You can get the Donchan MA scalper free.

I bought the EA after seeing it advertised on Mt4live. A little more expensive than I normally pay, but boy it was worth it.
Great performance, I use alpari.
Never looked back. I ask for refund on my other crap robots.

Guess you get what you pay for in this game.

These guys are unbelievable scammers. Not only do they steal someone else's code for their EA, but one day after I request my refund, they change their website to essentially stop all future refunds. Here is a transcript of the situation from Plimus.

If you want to change your refund terms, that is fine. But don't expect it to apply to those who purchased before you changed it. Plimus should not allow you to get away with this, as it will reflect poorly on their business also. Additionally, the risk is too high for my liking based on the multiple trades that can be opened at the same time. If I disable this parameter, then the profitability is hindered. Still no answer to 3 emails to admin@fxbrokerbuster.com as to why no DOWNLOAD page followed my purchase on Dec. 15. My credit card was charged Dec.19 for $199.99.not $199. Have filed a formal dispute to get the charge removed. Don't let them catch you with this scam.

2009-12-19 1 Star bought fxbrokerbuster but got no download. many emails to admin got no answer. credit card was charged by PLIMUS.COM a CA outfit with problems about refunds. saw a thread on donnaforex.com that labels this a scam. an exact copy of a free ea according to its author. good luck with refunds folks. thanks forexpeacearmy for your valuable service.

Have run this programme for a while and making more loses than gains contacted them for a refund and now we are on the sixth or seventh commmunication. The last was that it was my broker that was screwing me but I did mention that I was using the same one they use. Still no joy with a refund. Be very warey of this bunch
