Does anyone have any idea about how we will receive our funds back from them? They say their liquidators will handle. Does that mean we might not get our funds back and have to sue them, or how long would it take to get our funds back?

Review Moderation Team Note: Please go to the forums discussion thread linked from this review page for further discussion of the liquidation of LQDMarkets.

The Forex market with LQD Markets opens on Monday one hour later than with other retail MT4 brokers. This way, their customers lose an hour of trading time every week and their carry trades from Friday resume at prices delayed by one hour from the actual market opening prices. LQD Markets says it's their corporate policy and does not say why they have such a bizarre policy in place or how it gains them any advantage over other brokers. There are also delays of serveral days with their email customer support which is very frustrating for an FX trading business where every second matters.

Stay away from LQDMarket broke(r). They're switch to UK but nothing better. On the contrary, they're worsen. LQDMarket'll charge you very high withdrawal fees without notice to clients. The only one deposit/withdrawal method is bank wire transfer which has very high hidden cost but they never care or make it clear to clients. They cancel all CFD instruments without any notice. When they move to UK (I don't know why) they asking for transferring fee from client which is 30 GBP. Maybe the most revenue of this broker is hidden fees from clients. I'd like to stress again, STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM LQDMarkets.

This company sucks. Their company is going to transfer to UK. But they just charge my account for the transfer.
I am not asking them to transfer. There is no information to remind the user.

Been trading live for about 2 months & my experience was bad. Read up lots of positive reviews about this broker but personally encounter lots of issues here.

Customer service not responsive, emailed enquiries for few days & no reply, live chat personnel doesn't seem very well trained either, told me to wait for 10+ mins & just logged off without finishing our conversation, I follow up with an email right after & no apologies made either. Also encountered some major update/upgrade to their server during this time but wasn't informed beforehand, until I enquire about it in Live chat & was told all clients were informed prior the upgrade; however I didn't receive any notification or the like, & this happens more than once.

Reported to them that some cfds (gold/usd, silver/usd, etc) not working correctly with (MT4) Tickvalue enquiry, but after a few days, the problem still exist (and they told me it's fixed).

Initially signed up this broker for their varied instruments (cfd futures, stocks, forex) but now after their server update/upgrade, they removed most of the cfd for stocks & futures (temporarily as told with no foreseeable date to when all instruments will be up again). Seriously in the midst of looking for another alternative broker that really value clients & offering varied instruments for trading, reliably.

On a positive note, they do appear to be an honest broker, still.

I entered their Live chat to get some information about their Metatrader accounts offer. During conversation about the accounts, I had a doubts whether they are real ECN - so they threatened to take "a legal actions" against me (sic!).

Since I only knew the first name of a person I was chatting with (called Denis), I asked him to give me his full name (or email address), so I could send LQDM official complain about him and figure out what his company thinks about talking to company's client this way. He refused several times to give me his identification in a very impolite way.

It is utterly hard to believe how arrogant this company's support has become since it was called Tadawulfx.

I change my rating to No Rating as this withdrawal fee of 30 USD has nothing much related to the reputability.

2014-02-212Star LQD Markets has an withdrawal fee of $30 for all methods of payment, except bank wire.

A scam broker. I strongly advise traders to stay away from LQD.
A spread is narrow, but they cheat us again and again without announcement.
For example, they are proud to say "we are no requote", but the other day I experienced requote over 50 times during normal market condition. I opened a position, and tried to close this position with profit, but I could not. After this position fell into a loss, I could close this position quickly...
I contacted with LQD support, but they said "you are bad" and "your claim is blackmail".
On the other hand, they cancelled my trade with big profit. I traded DOW and took a profit about $2500, but after that(about one hour), they sent email to me, and said "that trade was invalid" and confiscated money from my balance.
I will report these matters to Cysec, other European financial
authorities(FSA,BaFin,CECEI and so on).
