I need advice..

Hello can anyone help me in here?? Someone called from an optionridge, the call was so sudden and i was able to provide my card details. It happened on a saturday morning oct. 29, 2016. They had able to charge my credit card for a $250 deposit. Since it is a weekend they told me i can start trading on monday and a broker will call me and will instruct me on what to do. On that day right after I received a call and provide details of my card, I felt very uncomfortable and disturbed, so I decided to search on their company profiles and etc. I found out so many bad reviews about this company and that its a scam. I was very nervous, i called my bank and have my card blocked, but they told me that the pending charge from the company was already made. I called back optionridge and emailed them to void my deposit since i have not started doing something from my account with them yet, but told me to send a picture of my passport, card used in the deposit and the billing statement of the bank which has my name and address in it to confirm my identification before they can cancel my account. But i was too hesitant to do so. Is anyone here had got back their deposit? Any advices on what to do?

I have first deposited $250 USD then David Williams from optionridge asked me to invest $5000 USD I certainly said no. He was very clever and put me in confusion then he took my credit card details over the skype immediately $5000 USD has been deducted I was surprised. It happened yesterday only I kept saying I can't afford to invest a big amount which is very risky trade. Please don't join in OptionRidge they are into scam.

We have been trading with them for a week now. So far so good but the broker keeps phoning and wanting me to deposit more and more money. This made me very suspicious.I have just put in a withdrawal for my funds so I am waiting to see if I get my money back.

My wife thought she would contact them unfortunately she got scammed as she knows nothing of trading but due to need of finances for knee opration, she fell for the marketing, yep, definitely a scam, we asked them to stop trading with our account in early April just after she started trading and I realized what was happening and pay out the balance after I got involved, saw the format and realized that no trader can make a trade on what is presented, it is like playing Russian roulette, we had R250usd invested and further 530usd on their request, the withdrawal request by us was cancelled twice by them and the trades got bigger and more reckless by them till we have lost all our money, they traded on our account even after requesting them to stop via their e-mail link, chat link, skype and direct e-mail to davidw@optionridge.com we have even traded the 30 x 50usd bonus amount as well to make sure we qualify for the payout, so there was no excuse. We have not traded further but they kept on trading on our account regardless of daily requests to stop the trading.

Second point, their web site states the minimum payout is 150usd and they cover the cost, but the system would only allow you 25usd withdrawal and then wait 2-7 days, they then cancel the withdrawals twice and you don’t see a dime. The live chat option given is nothing more than a glorified mail setup box with no response at all as picture included will portray.

then the guy (DAWID W) davidw@optionridge.com promised us the money will be paid back via telephone call and via skype, he then removed his address from skype and no further correspondence from him after we pressurized him every day for the balance of our money, definitely a big SCAM AND WE GOT BURNED
this account will remain open if anybody wants to test my statements and see the operation of these scam artist first hand
