Out of business
Updated: Apr 13, 2022

Website is down. Company seems to be out of business.

February 2012;  PipInvestment has switched from managed forex company to being a forex trading signals provider.

February 2013:  After the most recently added Performance Test crashed and burned in 15 days, it looks like PipInvestment is now just selling products made by other companies instead of their own EAs and Signals.

I just want to inform anyone interested into any product from Pipinvestment.com :

Will Shaarrand from pipinvestment.com scammed a lot of people !!

He sold the Exclusive Renko Scalper EA in form of bitcoins, turned off their licenses with MQL-Lock and disappeared.
He modified his website.
All the information about the products he sold disappeared including the manuals which where available online only, and replaced them with an affiliate link to the new FGB. He deleted all activities in relation to him on myfxbook and modified in some forums even his username.
He doesn’t answer any e-mail and you can’t reach him on Skype !

A scam-hunter has become the biggest scam artist of 2013 !

I'm interesting in, but after a look in the payment processor: sorry, too complicate for me. As a buyer I like easy and popular payment processors.
The quality of the service is not only the EA himself (basic), additional the buying process and the service afterwards.

Do you call this scalper??? 50% DD implicates that this is account blower, worse than martingale EAs, I have tested this on cent live and also demo account and in strategy tester it blows any account...better take this off site to avoid embarrassment and work on it to be profitable instead...

Rebuttal: I often find myself defending my reputation from other competitors that clearly hide behind their marketing tactics and fake reviews to promote their company when verified trading history are the only important factor. You can have the best customer service and marketing campaign but if you do not have a profitable trading system, there will be evidence of this regardless of what the reviews say. I've pointed this out countless times on my blog ( www.pipinvestment.com) and as result, TROLLS come out of their caves to bash others.

My name is Will from Pipinvestment. I'd like to address the above statement from Andrew.

Simply put, the E-commence Companies that we process payments through offer an unconditional refund policy. You can purchase our service through CLICKBANK ( one of the most widely used payment processors for Forex Products) which offer a 60 day refund policy. We also offer our clients the option to use Click2Sell ( 90 day refund policy) and Regnow ( 30 Day Refund policy). Andrew must have not tried the BUY NOW button on our website. If he did, his worries would have been alleviated immediately when he was redirected to ClickBank ( Our Most Commonly Used Payment Processor.).

This guy is some piece of work... here is the email correspondence between us concerning the guarantee his site says he offers (there is NO guarantee, to make a long story short). Come to your own conclusions (BTW, his service is called Forex i007):

So let me understand... I sign up, give you the money for the month, and then get auto-renewed (billed) monthly unless I stop it, correct? That, sir, is not a guarantee, and if that's all there is, i.e. I am correct in that you do not refund the money, you just stop charging the user if he/she says to do so, then you need to change your site, because your guarantee claim is misleading and worthless--you do not offer a guarantee at all. What you offer is that if the user is not satisfied, he/she doesn't have to continue paying. Are you kidding?

If I am wrong, and your guarantee returns the first month's cost if the user is dis-satisfied, I apologize--just say so "publicly," on the site, and if it's confirm-able with the people that receive the money--it's not Clickbank, nor is it Plimus--I'm in to try it. However, if I am right, you would need to get rid of that misleading guarantee graphic as you do not have a guarantee of any kind, you're just be trying to make people think you do. And that's not a very nice thing to do, to say the least.

What in the world does that mean? Your reply is a non-sequitor, has nothing to do with what I was talking about. How about a simple statement along the lines of, "If you have a losing month within the first 60 days, we will refund that month's fee." After that, it's on us, the users. Simple, plain English.

Will, again your answer has nothing at all to do with what I said... and no need to answer this email, it's pretty obvious you'll say anything to avoid having to answer the question you're actually being asked. Fair enough--you simply do not offer a guarantee of any kind and are not willing to say so, which leads to the only conclusion possible, that you are purposely trying to mislead people. There is NOTHING on the link you gave me that shows any kind of guarantee at all, so I have no idea why you even sent it--all it is is an order page, another example of your non-responsive answers.

Again, unless you're willing to explicitly explain what your guarantee covers--on your site, right near the the apparently dishonest graphic about your non-existent guarantee--don't bother to reply as I've heard enough of your ridiculous attempts to answer. Let's see if the FPA and DonnaForex members agree.

Hi Andrew,

E-commerce companies offer a REFUND POLICY if customers are not completely satisfied with the vendors products or service.

My reply--and LAST communication between us as of Feb. 21, 12:20 EST:

Hello, Will

I looked for that on the link, looked for terms and conditions but could not find any, so I still haven't seen anything in writing. Please show me where your ecommerce company--the place where we would pay, the company whose link you sent me--shows its terms and conditions, specifically about refunds--in other words, please factually back up your statement, "... E-commerce companies offer a REFUND POLICY if customers are not completely satisfied with the vendors products or service..."

Just your continuing statements that the guarantee exists, but without any written evidence of the fact, are meaningless. You might have the greatest product since the wheel, but anyone who is satisfied with simply taking someone's word that they'll get a refund--not just yours, but anyone's word--is a fool and deserves being ripped off; just look at the various forums to read about all the so-called guarantees not being honored. And the fact that you cannot provide anything in writing, keep refusing to do so, along with your ridiculous first explanation, "...If our system does not make money within the time of your first month, you can have the choice to cancel your subscription..." begs the questions: you either have no idea what a guarantee is, and posted that "guarantee" graphic innocently and will take it down now that you understand--personally, I'd bet the store that this is NOT the case, but I'm a cynic by nature-- or, much more likely, IMHO, you know damn well exactly what you're doing: trying to mislead your customers into thinking you offer a guarantee of some kind.

What is the problem with explaining your guarantee policy on your website in such a way that it can be a) CLEARLY understood and, b) confirmed, just like buyers can do at ClickBank, Plimus, etc. Forget the worthless link you sent, show me where your ecommerce site defines its refund policy, or please, stop wasting my time with meaningless replies--you can post them to the forums.

I'm going to start the threads on both forums with my first email to you, include all the subsequent correspondence, and end my part of it with either your reply to this email or this email itself, if you do not reply, and let the forum folks decide for themselves--of course, you'll be able to post your responses for all to see. And, naturally, I would also post any emails you sent to me after the thread was started.

Regards,

Andrew
