Tradersroom is a complete scam. They tried to steal over $10,000 from me. Before I opened my account with them in mid 2011, I did research to see if the had complaints filed on them. Sadly, they actually were legitimate until the time that I opened my account and I did not find any complaints. A scamming coward bought the company and moved their physical location to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic (where they can get away with anything).
I had just retired from my 21 year Army career to trade FOREX and Binary Options as a full time business. I spent 6 agonizing months talking, negotiating, threatening them with every ounce of resources and intelligence I could muster up. Every chance they got they delayed and stalled and gave me empty promises that the withdrawal request is being processed...then "Ooops we don't know why it got cancelled"
Their tactic is to let you deposit money with your credit card or bank account...then give you "account managers" that intentionally give horrible advice (I've been trading for over 15 years,,so I did not use the "account managers) and make you think everything is fine until you exceed the usual 90 day dispute period with your credit card company..then they just stop answering your calls and emails and hope that you lose hope and energy and fade away so they can keep your money.

I did not give up...I spent every day for 6 months in a "counter-intelligence" style campaign to 1. get my money back 2. warn others to stay away and 3. SHUT THEM DOWN
With the help of ingenuity, people skills and some sophisticated software, I was able to prove that they are located in the Domincan Republic. I was able to befriend one of the staff members that secretly warned me that the "Boss" told her I would never see my money again.

I thought I was flat out screwed. I had contacted the disputes department of my credit card company to file a dispute right at the 100 day mark of making the deposits and was told by one dispute representative that I could still file a case....I put together all of the documentation and a statement and called disputes to make sure I had everything they need...only to be told that my dispute could not be filed. My heart sunk into my stomach and I continued fighting with Tradersroom (Every time I called or logged on to chat support, I had to use a different name and pretend that I wanted to open an account or deposit more money...this was the only way I could get them to respond to me!)
At the end of this soul-sucking 6 month battle when I was told by my "insider friend" that they had no intentions of honoring my withdrawal request,,, I called my disputes depart one final time because Tradersroom was telling me that they released the money back to my credit card and the "problem was on my credit card company"....luckily I got a knowledgeable agent this time. He told me there was a way to still file a dispute even though almost a year had passed since I made the deposit. He asked me "Did this company fulfill their part of the contract with you?" I told him that they violated every aspect of the contract. His response was amazing...he told me to send the documentation proving they did not fulfill their end of the contract and within 2 weeks I had all of my money back plus interest.

I'm glad this agonizing experience ended in my favor....I wish there was an easy way to keep others from falling for this scam and shut these ba$tards down. They recently acquired another scam front called VIP Binary....so please be careful and beware.

I responded to a 100% bonus offer . I only ended up with 50% bonus. However after trading several times I decided this wasnt for and requested a withdrawal excluding the Bonus portion. That was on the 1st March 2012. They dont return any emails and I cant find a way to contact them with tel numbers provided

This company operates to Extract funds out of innocent victims who believe that they will end up in profit. They lure you to send them money quickly and then you will never receive a penny back. Very fraudulent and should be shut down before more people are subjected to them. They have over 21 cases filed at this time March 2012 and no BBB ratings at all. Company employees claim they are operating from a Wall Street location. This is totally doubtful.
