I stopped working with FxFlat because they started using Metatrader plugins, delaying execution time from 50ms in average to 5000ms, even more than 6000ms just to open/close trades.

I asked them to stop acting unfair and unethical but they replied saying that delays were to prevent generate high level of trading volume in the shortest possible time. But to being his client more time and not to leave the broker.

I told them I'm not linked to any IB and why I would like to generate high trading volume if the more I trade the more commission I pay and their reason was very poor and they should stop doing that and then I will be his client again, because keep doing that is a fraud and unethical.

Their final answer after my last email was to terminate our business relationship and I have received any answer of why they think I was generating a lot of trading volume if I'm not winning nothing, but paying more fees.

So the conclusion is: they are running a fraudulent B-Book brokerage where they apply manipulation, delays and adding slippage to clients they are profitable or are afraid of. They claim in their website they are fair and have the best execution for their clients, but the truth is they will be fraudster with their profitable clients.

I was open to get back with them as client if they declare to stop doing this kind of things and apologize with me, but they never did any of tried to get angry because of my claims.

Stay away from this broker.

I tested MT5 and the trading conditions are completely absurd. Everytime I enter in a new broker I realize test of execution time and slippage, because most of brokers are cheaters and delay client's orders, so runned tests here opening random trades in:
- XAUUSD.
- DOW JONES.
- NASDAQ.
- SP500.

Results:

- Average: 600ms.
- Lower: 491ms.
- Highest: 5898ms.

Almost 6 seconds to close a trade, sounds fair?

[slippage]
- Average: 50 ticks (bad for trader).
- Lower: -8 ticks (good for trader).
- Highest: 165 (bad for trader).

I would never trade in a broker that delay in that way my trading, is a good way to make people lose their money and make profit from their money using B-Book + Plugins. I'm not sure if they do that, but the truth is these are not proper trading conditions. I'm not going to recommend this broker to anyone.

Deposit and withdrawal was good and without any issue.

Once you started being profitable, they start adding slippage (always against you, of course).

It doesn't exist any broker that doesn't have conflict interest against their customers, this is another bad Market Maker.
