    Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

    Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

    Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Problem Banc de Binary Mega Scam

I am having an issue with a company
Please give me the list of names of the people who received all their money back from Banc de Binary and I will give you my Account Number.

Keysha, there is nothing wrong to share your account number go and share your account number ASAP so I ask BDB tep to give us update about your case.

I was scammed by your account managers. Fake promises, harassing phone calls, using pressure tactics and preying on our hard earned money. I was smart enough to record this scam on video as well audio calls and it was black & white case for your legal team & hence they refunded me all my money. But what if I had no video evidence?

Let me reiterate you, before I produced my video, BDB complaints team refused to refund money stating that “I was the one who had traded all my money” & “I was the one who had cancelled refund request”. Your account managers play it smartly.

I feel sorry for other guys who have no video/audio evidence. Instead of defending yourself, crack down on your fraudulent account managers.
Looks like these guys have no intention of resolving anything with anyone by paying any of us the full amount scammed from us unless we have video and audio recordings of them!

@ banc de binary, this thread came to +3400 views, in front of this number you were claiming that you're a company of a great social responsibility but ask2000's reply proved the opposite, It's in your hand to show some credibility and return the money for AnneW, Keysha and me.

AnneW - The ability to submit a complaint to any possible authority, partner we have or any other website is open to you. But please try to understand that the more official complaints you send, the less opportunities to help we have. Once your official complaint to any authority or partner escalates no one inside the company will be able to assist you because it will be out of our hands.

We ask to give us the time to attempt and resolve the case and if we fail to find a resolution that works both ways, you are welcome to take your case to any authority you see fit.
But until then, please give us the little hope you may have in us.

We are not ignoring your complaint, we are not avoiding it, we are actively trying to find a solution.
Hello, I have yet to hear anything of a resolution by means of a full refund from you since your last post to me and the forum on 26th January. What of a resolution for all of us who have been scammed? It's been more than a week now and there's sill no resolution, and you expect that we place a little hope in you to resolve the scams perpetrated on us. The only resolution for all of us is for a full refund of the entire amount scammed from us by BDB and its representatives who are still out there scamming more innocent people from the sounds of things - and that's just the tip of the iceberg for those scammed who have found this forum and other forums. What about those who never find these forums or who are too devastated and embarrassed to admit to the scam??? As ask2000 said, for those of us who have not had any recordings made of the scams, you are just ignoring the fact that we have been scammed of our entire life savings which we cannot afford to lose at our age!

I have shared my account number with the Banc de Binary team but they have not acknowledged it.

We expect actions not playing with words. when the Rep. Started to act smart trying to shine the image of his scam company by saying let's solve the issues in a civilized way or BDB is a company with a social responsibility, that time I wanted to get BDB totally naked by referring to ask2000 video case. He replied Video or no video, transcripts or no transcripts BDB will solve the issue if there's wrong doing from our end but the Rep. Forgot that ask2000 is still alive and it happened when ask2000 knocked them down by stating if he didn't have the video shared on YouTube they were not to pay his money back.
