Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Birman Law

Ask them specifically how they can go after a Binary Option brokerage that is unregulated / registered as an Offshore company in an obscure jurisdiction. Most of these are registered in the Caribbean.

How are they going to sue them / prove the wrongdoing in a "Western" court.

I find it very suspicious that they claim to be able to do this. Binary Option brokers a money pit. Once you send your funds there, they are likely gone unless you can do a credit card chargeback - and you should.

I have been in FX over 15 years and still don't understand how people can invest in "Binary" Options.
Are you a broker yourself ? And what's FX?

They are the same company as wealthrecoveryint.com, the newspapers article describes it http://www.israelhayom.co.il/article/492805, it turns out that the founder of that company was also once convicted for drug dealings in Pennsylvania. How can you trust a drug dealer to run a "recovery money " company.

I did some research and found the following case file. Also I have spoken to birman law and I'm not confident that a recently graduated lawyer with 2 years of
Practice can go get my money back .... if they were so sure about recovery why such high fees ? It smells like a scam

Hey, so what? this is from 9 years ago and we all have a past.
90% of the people i know were into different drugs at some point in their life and now they all grew up, are honest, have families, jobs and dogs.
the guy worked in binary for gods sake, thats worse than drugs in my opinion and he still started this company.

i think if you have balls to come clean about being in binary and opening a company that gets money back from them, you are going to work hard to make sure you are not a scam since it would be SO obvious.

peace to all, may we read about all those binary owners going broke and to jail.

Hello Sarah you go girl tell them . I know exactly who is suing Birman Law is the owner of Binary book BIGOPTION option online and others . I even know why Veronica is trying to get the money back that they stole from me and many others . I believe this Law suit against Birman Law is all a bluff trying to scare Veronica but she will stop at nothing to bring these criminals to justice.

Well, for those of us being silly enough to use binary options, why don´t you pass some of your great experience instead of calling us fools (we don´t need more reminders of how stupid we are...)
