Keep an eye out for any other victims who funded through Skrill. For one complaint, they are unlikely to take action. When enough complaints come in, they have to consider the effect on their reputation.

Unfortunately, I got the runaround from skrill. As it turns out they do not care that among their partners have crooks who do not return, even the initial deposit (thieves). Their authority is rapidly reduced in my eyes. http://prntscr.com/b33x2w
