Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Problem Beware of Binary.com

I am having an issue with a company
Everyone has their own opinion about binary options but still i think that binary options has introduced a new approach on trading options.

Yeah, they introduced betting on red or black in roulette with much worse payoffs than any legitimate casino.

After going through a lot many bad reviews about binary options brokers on this site, i think that your opinion was right about them however i still have a hope that there are still few brokers which might be honest and decent in providing services. Thanks Anyways, i am really obliged.

Give it another 2 or three years. You'll still be playing against the house with a stacked deck, but a handful of binary casinos will eventually emerge which at least pay traders what's owed, win (rarely) or lose.

Karen Yap and Jean-Yves Sireau of Binary.com have both threatened to sue the FPA if the first post in this thread is not removed.

I gave them until earlier today to lift the legal threat. Instead of agreeing to this and discussing the situation with no threats, Jean-Yves Sireau seemed very determined to keep the FPA under threat of legal action.

The FPA does not remove content because someone waves their magic "lawyer" stick. No forums or reviews site dealing with brokers could function if all a company had to do was shout "lawsuit" to get anything they didn't like removed.

More information to follow soon.

Shows how desperate these scamming theives really are. They will never sue. Infact, we should be suing them, and all scam artist binary companies alike!

Screw these little kiddy Nitwits! Ignore such rats. Good that Binary.com has gotten exposed and is in the net of all other scum bags & cheats.

The Israel government is in the process of closing down these Binary Options organisations that operate from, or are associated with, Israel. I think it's only a matter of time before the rest of the world wakes up and follows.
The Times of Israel has many articles describing how these Binary Options outfits in Israel work by scamming virtually all their customers. Some owners and individuals from these outfits are being arrested and sent to prison. The big operators are abandoning both Israel and Cyprus and running away / relocating to Bulgaria, where they think they can continue to scam and steal from the naive but hopeful public who still believe you can get something for nothing at no risk. In my opinion, and from my experience, 'Binary Options' is a scam business ..... full stop! They are operated by people with no moral compass or conscious, who believe anyone signing up for a trading account deserves to loose all their money, and are happy to oblige. Any complaints are ignored, and if brought before this forum none can justify their actions and when questioned, just refuse to communicate. If the threat of taking the FPA to court is followed through, then a full disclosure of how the 'Options' site works will have to be presented to the court and verified by court experts. Clearly this will not happen, once again the scammers will just find another rock to slither under and continue their theft from the remaining naive hopefuls. Do not have anything to do with any of these so called Binary Options brokers they are fraudulent and WILL take your money, BEWARE!!!

Let me understand this so they create their own trading instrument called a "random or volatility index" of which they make and control the prices is that right? How are they not in prison? Anybody who would trade such a thing is asking to be scammed. The broker makes money when you lose so if they don't have to even rely on prices from the forex market but can make their own prices. They can't lose and how are they allowed to do this? I think if a firm does that then they should be put in jail. Creating an index that you control the prices and stealing peoples money with it Jean-Yves Sireau your parents should be ashamed of you.
Samantha, we are still not sure if the accusation is genuine! Kindly tender judgement with mercy
