I deposited a number of times from April to August. The account went up 3 time since untile the disaster trading happen. If it is a scam， why they waited so long？

Update of today: Still no recovery plan presented. Not able to contact the broker today.

"Recovery plan" from brokers are really designed to remove more money from your wallet.

I hate to say it but the chances of you seeing any of your money is highly unlikely. The recovery department of companies like this is for extracting more money out of you if possible or at very least stalling any actions you may take against the company. Find out who regulates them and voice your complaint with as much evidence as possible of their reckless actions as soon as possible. Never let other people trade for you, they have nothing to lose, you do. If a company starts with an amount and losses it all, they are not going to make a higher amount with less money. Recovery department is always a scam.

I called a number of times and had tried to reach Lisa Foster since Jan 25th. But no luck. LPs are liquidity providers. Better forex brokers pass trades to LPs so that client wins and losses do not affect the broker.

Binary brokers are like casinos. You are always betting against the house. There is no way to pass the risk on to an LP. If you walked into a casino and they offered to have an employee place bets for you, what do you think would be the results?
