Hello anyone that is reading this,
(8/5/2016) - I have recently been using FX Glory for trading. I found their leverage and withdrawal and deposit methods to fit what I was looking for in a broker. I am a swing trader by nature and I look for huge supports and resistance levels. I took a trade two weeks ago (USD/CHF) that made me $4,161.49. I have pictures to prove this. Now that I closed this trade I was going to withdrawal $3,000. My request was denied for (You do not have sufficient amount to withdrawal.) But this is odd because since winning that trade my account balance is over $5,600. I reached out to fxglory via live chat and talked to Akaki .M.
Within starting that chat my account went from over $5,600.00 to $1,467.90.
I need help trying to get my money back. They are claiming that I have voided the user agreement. Specifically Section 6 Article 11. Which does not make sense since this was a swing trade and the market came up to a huge resistance.
They also turned my profit for USDCHF into 0. You will see what I mean on the pictures.
Please see the attachments.
Thank you,
Dan Guy.
