dhorst--sounds like a scam from what you say. creditcard chargeback/dispute sounds logical- i hope it works for you! you may need to have more evidence for the creditcard company than what you present here. if by some chance you've given these scoundrels passwords into your trading account, you might want to change them. i notice that other complaints about this company make its "preferred broker" a little suspect, too, so watch your step.
