Dear All ,

For the past 3 months i have been mailing and calling MAXCFD to get my money back and all i got is emails that they contacted the financial department and awaiting their approval and phone calls to try to make me give them my password so they can trade with my money and i will see results in 5 days.

For the past 22 days i have been requested to cancel my withdrawal and place another once so they can process it . but as i think they are trying to protect them selves from a law suite.( as i am the one who canceled the request). I have 37 Emails archived with all the conversation between me and them.

The amount was 1250$ and they deducted 100$ as penalty.

The last email i got was now from James Xavier saying:

Hi Anthony,
We thank you for your email.
Kindly cancel the withdrawal request and place a fresh one again. We shall do a follow up once you have placed the new request.
We apologize for the delay.

Dear James,

This is the second time i have been requested from your company to cancel my request and place another one.

Kindly note that as your terms and condition section 11:



11. Payment procedure

maxcfd finance department supervises every withdrawal request submitted. Identification documents must be submitted for any withdrawal. There is no fee relating to withdrawal by credit card, but any withdrawal by wire transfer will be charged with the amount of $25.
When a withdrawal request is submitted, maxcfd may take up to 3 business days to process the request. When your application is approved please wait for 5 to 7 additional days before seeing your funds in your account. Any requests for immediate withdrawal from any account prior to trading will incur a fee of 50 EUR.


My first request was done on 28/11/2017, then your colleague contacted me on 19 Feb 2018 ( it means after 2 months 22 days ) that my request was canceled and i need to place a new one .

then 5 days later another colleague contacted me requesting to cancel my request due that a fee of 100$ should be deducted so i can have my money back .
As a faith that i will be receiving back my money. i did it .

And now for the second time i have been requested by you to cancel and place another request.

From Feb 26 till now is another 22 days.


As the above i wont cancel my withdrawal and as i have been following up with you guys and calling and begging for my money.
Kindly note that as your terms and condition you have already deducted your fees and penalty and i shall be receiving my money back within 3 working days.

any other then the above mentioned in section 11 of your terms of condition i think is a direct breach for your conditions.

as said, kindly note that i will expecting my money in my account within a week max.

In case MAXCFD does not want to kindly just say it and bare me the hassle.

Now, come to the solution of your problem, If you deposited your money via credit card then contact the credit card customer care asap and ask them to file a chargeback.

Already checked the LegalMaxCFD last time he was online was on 19th of feb .

Finally, after a really grueling month, I managed to recover my money today (€ 3,000) by wire transfer.

I will tell you my experience.

I opened an maxcfd account in November 2017 and made a transfer of € 3,000.

I forwarded the required documents and my account was fully verified on December 20th.

After some trade I realized I could not spend time on this kind of transactions and I decided to withdraw my money.

On 22 February 2018 I asked to withdraw the amount from the maxcfd account.

I was immediately contacted by an advisor, who asked me for more money (€ 2,000) to reach a hypothetical minimum amount without which maxcfd would not have authorized my withdrawal, blackmailing me.

The advisor also tried to ask me the credit card number to debit the amount.

I obviously refused, and I immediately wrote an email asking for explanations.

At this point a series of emails began, written each time by a different referent, which opened a "ticket" asking me to fill in other documents without which my account would not have been fully verified, trying to deny having already checked it in December.

I have also received dozens of phone calls from various London and Liverpool numbers, but I have never responded to them.

I got informed on the internet, and I found out that maxcfd is reported as a probably fraudulent company that is not authorized by the English FCA

In addition, maxcfd is controlled by the chemmi holdings, another company of dubious origin outside the control circuit of the FCA.

At this point I decided to write reporting to everyone the scam I was suffering, asking for help: I reported this fraud to sfo.gov.uk, actionfraud.police.uk and worldcrearing.org.

I also have sent my complaint to the Financial Ombudsman at http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk reporting all the details I have of the scam I was undergoing.

In every complaint I always attached copies of my bank transfer and the emails I exchanged with the various characters involved.

I warned maxcfd to have forwarded my official complaints, writing every time to all the email addresses available to me (csupport@maxcfd.com, stevel@maxcfd.com, support@maxcfd.com, graced@maxcfd.com, documents@rightsignature.com, support@worldclearing.org).

I spoke or exchanged emails with Lena Davis, Steve Lewis, Jessica Black, Dennis Crow, Sandra Bukowski, Grace Paul, James Xavier, Stephy Williams.

I also contacted a law firm (UK) to find out if there were any conditions for a complaint against maxcfd \ chemmi holdings, and there obviously are.

Today, March 21th, after tens of emails, Worldcrearing has finally credited my money to my bank account, my nightmare is over!

My advice is this: make all the official complaints, write to all the addresses you have, remember also that you are willing to take legal action against not only the maxcfd, but also the individual advisors with whom you speak or write, keep a copy of every email or record phone calls in which you are blackmailed, and don't be discouraged at the first waste, I took a month to get my money back.

Turn this information on threads, I will copy this answer where I can.

Hi there, I recently recovered $250k i lost to BeeOptions two months ago, At first I tried to do a chargeback with the bank directly, I tried to do it myself. The result was negative; the bank rejected my request and would not open the chargebacks for me (not to mention I’ve put the whole process at risk as after banks rejection I had even smaller chance to open, not to even mention winning the dispute so I suggest for people to not handle it on their own as then you might not even have a chance to get any help from the so called professional. You can reach out and you will get help as i did
