I think LeoT is talking about the Volatility Index (VIX); the price at, year 2015, February 19. Time 16:52. And I just have one question in order to answer the question. is it U.K time or New York time, or better still if you could get the specific time period i.e GMT/UTC. Thank you. Happy Trading!
