Please see my story under the thread Optionrally is a scam. By following Pharaoh's instructions, including sending a documented complaint to Optionrally themselves, Cysec , The Financial Ombudsman in Cyprus and ACORN, I came to a very happy settlement with them without additional legal assistance. Can't disclose the amount but be strong and don't give in! All the very best!

I've fallen for the option rally scam, I contacted my debit card provider, lady at the other side suggested I put it in writing direct to dispute team, as I only get one shot, any suggestions of a few good lines to highlight the type of company I'm dealing with, in a sense I sort of lucky, deposited €3200, balance in option rally is €3450, but I'm half way through bonus rollover, if I carry on I'll lose the lot. All I need to show is that it is a fraud.

Make sure to explain clearly any lies or other deception used by them. "Guaranteed" or "insured" trades which were backed by bonuses (or nothing at all) would be examples.

If you do lose, I believe an appeal is possible. For an appeal, it might be worth it to pay for professional assistance from a chargeback specialist. WinChargeback is active at the FPA.
