    Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

    Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

    Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Hi,

Strange enough they advised that if my account closes with a negative balance, I will not owe them anything. So, after closing my account with a negative balance I never heard from them again.

Your reply is highly appreciated and it gave me some hopes because right now I feel really shameful and pitied myself for putting my family in this trouble. I have invested a lot of money that i loaned over 100k. When did you request your credit card for charge back? Is it after the account closed? And what did you reasoned with them . I'm from Australia and I don't know if I can be successful with that. I'm sorry to asked many questions but I'm already not thinking properly and living in misery it is a very awful experience and I'm almost losing my family and I can't handle that if it happens.

I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties, it is a horrible thing to happen and I also felt really crap - still do sometimes when I think about it. I requested a charge back after closing my account, the money was initially refunded to me by my bank and I was happy, however after a couple of months they deducted the money again. When I queried it with them, they advised that they refunded as a sign of good faith, however their investigations didn't lead to any fraudulent activity from the brokerage - I had a long discussion with the manager of the department handling this & he informed that they basically just check whether the money was taken without my permission, which obviously wasn't the case. They are not in a position to actually investigate the company as a scam.

By this time it had already been about 5 or 6 months since I deposited the money, so was in no position to attempt any further charge backs, check winchargeback - mentioned in a few posts on this forum - they might be able to assist.

How is your situation now? Manage to got a solution? I also having the same issue.
Broker keep asking me to topup additional fund everytime that she call me.

Got a call... Thought it was Trading 212 which i applied for a few monh ago, so went ahead and gave my details.
Was charged 100 USD. Phone line got cut so I understood it was a scam. Blocked my card and payment is pending so yeah.... i suppose i was scammed

I would like to withdraw my balance from my MT4 account, but customer service and broker is not allow me to do withdraw. However they want me to continue trade. In the beginning they mentioned to me that i can withdraw my money back as long as there is balance inside my account. Pls assist.

Yes, we will assist you on this but you need to provide us your MT4 ID with first five digits of 10654*****.
 
hey guys i need help, i paid the 150USD just before i read this... probably cos im young and brash but when speaking on the phone to them, even though i felt suspicious of the whole thing, i was attracted by the money and now i feel so much regret.

my situation right now is that i have paid the 150usd using my mastercard but i havent talked to my broker, planning to talk to them tomorrow. any advice on how to get my money back, get out and without really getting involved with anything too complex with the bank or others, im still young and not really having my bearings
