I know, and this is clearly stated also on fxcm site. Unbelivable but , even in these conditions, they called and asked me to cover the negative balance.

Did anybody else received notification from Fxcm they should cover the negative balance? Should I wait for their official claim or should I be proactive and ask them to reimburse the negative balance as they promised when I opened the account?

They have this clearly stated in their policy, In case my balance goes negative due to extraordinary events, they will reimburse to 0. This is why I laugh, but still they tried to make me pay. It is really incredible the way they treat customers, like we are kettle and they can lie to us...

Johan, sorry to inform you but they are really scam. They have their office in Romania so I know what I am talking about, there is no Youtradefx, just some thieves. I also know this from one of their former employees. Do not wait for any solution from them, they did this for 3 months the same...

I do not think they make payments anymore, I have 7 months since they stole my money. I have initiated the legal procedures both against the company and the account managers that cheated me, my lawyer says there are many chances I win at least against the people that cheated me, as they act on...

Youtrade is a proved scam company, you will not get anything back, I had only cash in my account, no positions opened, and still I cannot get my money back since 4 months. And nobody answers my phonecalls or emails, who are you talking to in youtrade?

If you are from Romania and have been cheated by Youtradefx please email me privately, I am in contact with the police dealing with organized crime and it is better to act as a group, the more we are the better it is.
