I understand the way you think in this regard but your satisfaction guarantee should not conflict with your T&Cs unless a caveat is advertised with the guarantee. If your EA is good, it is far more profitable to trade it than sell it and you wont have to put up with the likes of us here.

If it was a money back guarantee, then there can be no doubt a refund is in order. One might doubt the wisdom of the buyer also! A money back guarantee for forex trading would soon see insolvency for the EA seller if he was to honor such a proposition for every customer.

Yes, but the NFA only covers American brokers and some of the new rules are pretty extreme. So far I have been using FXPro and they have been pretty good. Certainly the customer service is excellent and they have plenty of patience with stupid questions. Not that I ask so many these days...
