I understand the way you think in this regard but your satisfaction guarantee should not conflict with your T&Cs unless a caveat is advertised with the guarantee.
If your EA is good, it is far more profitable to trade it than sell it and you wont have to put up with the likes of us here.
If it was a money back guarantee, then there can be no doubt a refund is in order.
One might doubt the wisdom of the buyer also! A money back guarantee for forex trading would soon see insolvency for the EA seller if he was to honor such a proposition for every customer.
