I am having issues with Optiontrade, their platform is making me lose money, i have complained them but still they are not to ready address the issue. The platform has a glitch which shows 3 4 micro pips difference in charts and option purchased price, which in the end shows a loss every time...

No they have refunded the real money , they have been cooperative lately. I want this case to be resolved and closed now .

I have received half my funds from Citrades and they are willing to solve my matter in no time. I would encourage others to be in contact with them as they will do whatever they can to help clients.The money is not lost and it will be recovered if you approach them.

I am more than glad to inform that Citrades have returned half my Funds and i will be getting the remaining balance this week too. The Account manager have very much cooperated with me and helped me solve the matter. I am in touch with him everyday and he is doing his best in this matter.

A representative from Citrades have approached me lately to inquire about my problems and he is assuring me everything will be sorted out soon, I am in talks with him , and i hope we will get into some resolution. I might have prejudged this organization.

How can we contact the owner Jason scharf if he can give the money back , i have also been fooled by this broker and they are not returning my money since 7 months now. Is there any dept who can get money from these scammers ?
