Of course they are guilty, they even do not response to FSCL. It is very sad that they steal money and no one stops them....nothing happend, even FPA cannot help :(

I sent them so much information....my id card, passport, notarized passport by mail (!), bank statement, letter from my bank account manager, national drivers licence, bank account history ... But they do not pay, now Max is not even answering. Ordinary criminal

Another update: I have not got my money back so far! As they told me, I sent them a notarized copy on first of October. They copy arrived on 14.10, I sent it as registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. But there is totally silence. Not one single eMail since weeks. Maybe AsstMod can...

Another week with no progress and nearly no communication.... Like the month before

They "having difficulty reaching Max Fuller because he is away from the office". If you want to deposit Max is available 24/7 for you .... Sometimes he is mailing to AsstModerator, but nothing substantial.....delaying tactics

I got an reply from FSCL. It take such a long time because they have problems to reach Max Fuller.....

Total silence from everyone .... But it's normal that Everest Markets is silent... Maybe AsstModerator can speed things up!

I have received a reply from FSCL now. They asked Everest Markets when they will reply in detail. Max Fuller wrote to AsstModerator that they are investigating the legitimacy of the trader..... The case is so clear, they search for months for excuses not to pay

I am still waiting for my profits! At least I got my initial deposit back, but this is just 1/9 of my money. I got no reply from FSCL so far, just a confirmation that they received the complaint
