Tolly, NAB sounds like the most difficult player amongst all the bank however they seem to tell you alot. Westpac refuse to tell me anything. They did not even respond to FOS within 28 days and changed the person who started to look at my case Keep up the fight..you're so close...

I believe these people might be scammer from the UK. It would be great if anybody living in the UK could report it to the police. Happy to provide you the scam email to give to the police and hope they get caught put in jail.
