For what I know they have physical Office in dubai. Office No. 701, 7th Floor, Al Jawhara Building, Bank Street, Bur Dubai, U.A.E. I should go there and kick in the ass them until they will not release back funds. I think i will do it soon. Me or some friend of mine.
