Ivory Option known as Ivoryoption.com is a scam broker. They will try to get you into there VIP managed Binary Option by promising you a monthly profit of 5 - 10%. They will delay you as much as possible from making withdraws so that the Credit Card/Banks cant get your money back from them...

InvestingCI.com is a binary option scammer, stay away or you will loose any money that you wire transfer to them. I signed up with a broker called ICI at investingci.com. I deposited $500, they claim to professionaly invest it in binary option trades and will not risk more than 5% of the value...
