That thinking only works as long as I accept those pieces of paper you call 'lucre'. See Zimbabwe.
At the point where a currency fails (or even starts to go beyond 'normal' inflation)... you gonna be wishing you had swapped some of those pieces of paper into real (productive) assets...
'Forex' got the rep it deserves... The entire industry is full of 'get rich quick' thinking and contributes almost zero in real terms. imho the lot of you should have a rethink and start producing something real. What about write some great new software? a book? film making? shipbuilding...
If it's deeply disturbed to want to see Mervyn King's 'happy face' ... oh wait... right.
Anyhow ...
Zoom / Starwipe ...
... to where someone from different-forex.com is selling tickets to a line of new forex traders (all of whom grasp little sweaty bundles of cash, and are variously...
Maybe a public information film... Based loosely on 'Boys Don't Cry' ... Hillary Swank as your favourite major currency... George Osbourne, Mervyn King and Barrak Obama as 'QE' .... As in the film they all brutally sodomise Hillary (and all of us in the process) while yelling slogans like 'take...
It's difficult to tell.. I suspect many countries with developed markets for their debt would be tempted to try this. Of course, it can only work where the country in question 'owns' its own currency.... eg Greece ... no play, hence the implosion of their bonds.
There's a fair explaination of...
^^
wtf?!?!!!!
Derrick ... what EXACTLY was it that you liked ?!!
!!!
Awww I wish I had... their site was so bad I didn't bother.
Maybe they have enslaved the 'residents' and forced them to set up a forex advisory service!
It's enough that people are willing to discuss the POSSIBILITY that...
LoRio - thank you for your concern.
From your posts, I deduce that you stumbled into forex with no training, no experience, no capital and I suspect little aptitude. May I ask what you do for a living? There's a phrase from showbiz... "Don't give up your day job."
Just to clarify (I'm easily confused): Can the (several) complainants against EVEREST MARKETS please confirm that they have or have not been paid?
The reason I ask - it looks like EVEREST MARKETS are simply pasting canned responses and dragging these traders through needless 'mediations' in...
New Zealand... Sweet jurisdiction...
'No barriers to entry' into the business of banking and finance... which means ... yes you guessed it ... LOTS of scammers.
I'll 'like' any post containing the article about the US prisoner that was able to open a 'non bank' financial firm over there - from...
Couple of things...
To deal in forex, Cypriot companies are required to register with the local regulator, CySec.
Here is a list of registered firms from the CySec site:

You will notice TridentFX / FX Trident 365 Ltd are NOT listed...
Oohhh.. I'm crushed ... he called me a noob - and you all saw it! lol.
Having read some of your posts, you should heed your own advice. It takes years of 'training', many expensive mistakes and many many destroyed accounts, to become a forex 'shark'... I'm sure that you are well on your way...
You may be right 'buddy' ... but I doubt it.
Forex is like a mix between a badly rigged casino... betting on the actions of a deranged female driver... and betting on a coin toss with a dishonest person who expects you to believe their word for which way the coin has landed, and won't let you...
I'm not sure about forex 'sharks' ... but the ones from 'Jaws' made very little! Except the one from Jaws IV... It was such a bad movie that everyone was paid extra! As Michael Caine commented about this enduring classic ... 'I knew it was a bad film... but I needed the money'!
Just think about the market for UK bonds. All this time this perceived safe haven is being artificially pumped up by treasury purchases of the same bonds they are supposed to be issuing ... in effect slanting the marketplace against 'honest' investors and violating (repeatedly and not gently)...
HELL NO...
Forex in general is a reality ... but its not the reality that new traders are sold.
How many traders make money? I suspect that it's a bit like the wheezy old gits at the bookies... you only ever hear about their wins ... not the losses!
