This case sounds a bit like Forexoma they stated that withdrawals had been processed and sent, but that was just a pack of lies, another scamming broker Guilty.

I spoke to paypal and they told me that they do not dispute services only products within 45 days.

So do I kiss goodbye to my deposit, or is there something that can be done against these scammers. Do we have to wait until the judgement goes against them as guilty, or can the judgement go against them now.At least it will be letting everybody else know that they are the lowest of the low.

It seems that there are many other people with the same problem.This is not looking good I will be very surprised if forexoma get away with a not guilty to me it looks like a fully blown scam.

Sorry made a mistake.With all the emails that I have received from forexoma there has not been a contact name the only emails that I have received from them have been forexoma.com withdrawals@forexoma.com accounts@forexoma.com

I don't have that information,when I made the deposit it was through pay pal, and forexoma told me that the withdrawals would go through pay pal,but when I made the request for my refund they said it would be through bank wire there was no mention of a beneficiary or account holder of the bank wire

They confirmed to me that the payment was actioned on the 1st July
