I forgot to add that I told him in one of our last emails that I had contacted Blackstone intelligence and they confirmed that he was legitimate, all made up on my side of course, he was very eager to get my credit card details there and then to get the process started as he so eloquently put it

Sorry, it is Phil chase who contacted me about a refund from binary options saying that he was from fx world markets.com who were to transfer the money to my account after paying 7%commission, he rang first and I have had many emails from him trying to convince me it is a legitimate company

Phil chase has been emailing me and calling me saying he has €4500 for me as a recovery from binary options he says he is with fxworldmarkets. com, he says I must pay 6%of the fee first to get my money back is he a scammer?
