yes, it generates EAs only for MT4. But the changes described in that post mean that all the "old" MT4 EAs will work also after the upgrade. It's not a big problem to add support for MT5 when this platform will be more used. Right now majority of forex traders still uses MT4.

yes, Breakeven is supported. As for placing pending orders within the minute - EA Wizard supports checking for hour & minute, so you can specify the time of placing order in hours and minutes. It currently doesn't support seconds or checking the time inside the bar, but this is quite simple...
