My suggestion is to not waste time, credit card companies may not let you do so after period of time, scam brokers will stall you enough so the credit card company will reject your chargeback

Let me get one thing straight- did they promise you a profit? or you're just telling us their system is bad

Then don't waste time and please contact your bank or credit card issuer and request a chargeback.

As far as I remember Option FM belongs to scam broker Banc De Binary. Did you contact your bank to request for a chargeback?

My advice is to keep making pressure on the bank to allow the chargeback, although you agreed to this transaction it was a deposit to your own trading account and not to purchase an item, and since they are holding your money they must release it upon your request

Make pressure on them by contacting xForex as well, also notify CySec that they are refusing to give you the code. If you have a written proof then it's even better and better

Well, try harder and explain them that you didn't purchase anything and they held traders funds which they are obligated to refund you in that case.
