If you feel you have been doing great on demo meaning you are earning profits then you can jump to real trading but better to start with a small amount initially.

Well it depends on a trader's performance and skills and his ability to convert the sum invested into profits.

There are many regulated and trusted broker who offer good trading conditions like Fxview, ICM, fxpro, pepperstone. Start small or better yet try demo first with each and then choose one.
