That is true. I have still some forex but have been pretty careful after that bad experience. Broker should be trustworthy as a bank but too bad many of them are just thieves.

Anything new on Chmarkets scam and who was behind that? Have anyone heard of Empire Capitals trader program or service where they said to move my funds. Are there anyone else who was scammed by them and have got some money back?

Pretty clear that those thieves do not want this kind of publicity. I have made criminal investigation request on them and Paysera Ltd here in Finland. They simply stole my money. Would be time to return my money so I could withdraw my action against them.

I made today a criminal investigation request on Paysera LT payment provider and chmarkets. Paysera is not willing to help in any way so they are as criminal as their crooked client in this case.

I found same phone number on caesartrade.com earlier that I was given by other scammer page chmarkets.com Also in metatrader report from chmarkets there was TFB Limited mentioned on top. Could it be also Eric Harbors scan site?

No I have been contacted by winthiscase.com Jonathan Glasgow. They are trying to investigate leads I have given them. Would be nice to find some more people that were scammed by Chmarkets. Is there anyone else? You could contact jonathan@winthiscase.com

Yes, account is still on loss but I thought to give it some time. I am going to watch it closely but maybe it needs some more time to see how it is developing.

Now situation about -8% loss, getting worse again. Pretty poor results last 2 days. Automated trading system seems not to be working very well. It does not make any use of major movements like today. I dont know if any market data or news are taken into consideration at times when making...

Update: My investment is at about -5.5% on loss So situation seems to be getting little better, still not profitable but seems to be improving.
