Update: Bonus has just been cancelled, so I have put through another withdrawal request. We will see if the money arrives in my account in 5 business days from now.
If you're located in Australia you can complain to ASIC, or otherwise complain to the regulators where you live.

Otherwise a chargeback could help too. Have you checked with your bank?
Problem was, Avatrade made it difficult to deposit my money with a debit card. I had to send in funds via Wire Transfer.
I don't know if I have to complain to ASIC about this. Such brokers do not deserve to trade in Australia.
Man I wish I had listened to Forex Peace Army about Avatrade. David Berman, my account manager was responsive when I talked to him about bonuses, and such. When the question of withdrawal arose, (yes they asked me to declare that "I forfeit my bonus", and I did) there was no longer any response...
