Quick update : Finally authorization was completed and I could place the withdrawal request. They say this will go to their finance team which will approve the withdrawal and can take upto a week or so.

My agent called me after I reached out again. He has promised to return the money after the account verification is done. This might take a couple of days. I hope and expect this to happen soon. Atleast for now there is some hope. Shall get back with the update/results.
