what do we do if the scammer aka chad aka Oscar Joann Perez has deleted our entire conversation, blocked us on things etc? I just need some guidance on what to do here. I am fighting to get money back here.

That's good! We never did a webinar or signed a contract. I would dispute this with your bank. Get your bank involved! The more proof you have the better!
