I got my money, finally!

Received an email from iqoption finance department today to provide screenshot of my neteller account in order to verify that I am the owner. I sent the requested screenshot.

Just received a message from their support. They told me that my withdrawal should be processed within few days.

UPDATE: I just contacted their live chat and asked how is going with my withdrawal. They just told me that my funds are on hold as my account is under verification and this procedure could take up to 30 days. Seriously? This situation become hilarious. My account was already been verified twice...

Received a message that was an error in their system. Now my money are returned in my balance. I requested a new withdrawal in my neteller account. I attached the message received below.

Latest news. I received an email saying that "a total amount of 0 is now charged off your IQ Option account". In my neteller account don't arrived any funds. I contacted support and they told me that is an error in their email and they sent $2005 to my neteller account. The money never arrived...

Update: My account is verified again now and my withdrawal is in progress state now. They told me that my funds will be send to my neteller account on Monday.

I think IQ Option jokes with me. Now my account is downgraded to unverified again. They requested to submit a proof of address again. I submitted a new bank statement, let's see what happens.

Received an email saying that my ID document is expired. That is not true, my ID expiry date is on 01.01.2027 I submitted my ID again.

The problem is not resolved until my money arrive in my account. They said my withdrawal should be processed until tomorrow. Let's see. I read your thread, hope to solve your issue too. I'm from Romania also.

Short update. My IQ Option account has been just downgraded from verified to unverified. They asked me to submit new photos of my cards again. Also needed to provide my ID card again. Submit them all. Waiting to see what happens.
