To my mind, Fm-fx is really one of the trusted brokers in Canada. I am a client of Fm-fx for over a year now and I am very pleased with their services and the pro-client attitude. Of course we also lose in this market , but I can say that I have had profits with this broker.

FM-FX really is a SCAM, I requested withdraw money & after few days received a email saying will refund the USD$250 back to my Credit card. After 2 weeks I haven receive the money & I contact them via live chat, the customers service told me broker will call back & assist me for the withdrawal. After 1 more week, nobody call back to me for the issued on above.

I hope someone can assist me for that issued.

I am in the same boat as you over this
I have lost a large amount of money from them
I dealt with a guy whose name was John Richard
It doubt if that is his real name .
I dont think im a particularly gullible lerson but he convinced me to part with money i had earmarked for my retirement
I am also in a wheelchair an cannot earn money in the normal way hence my deciding to try Forex trading
I did understand how forex works but i was asked to not close any trades without John Richards approval .
I could see that all the trades were approaching profit but john would not answer my emails .re closing and taking profit.i rang and spoke to the cust support so many times but no reply i tried witgdrawls but nothing ever happened .
Once john rang me and said i should have closed the trades .
He did not answr when i said he told me not too.
I suggest we all ttll as many people as poss about their activities
I suggest to keep placing bad feedback regarding their activities on as many sites as possible
