Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

General discussions of a financial company
Hi my wife got involved in dealing with plusoption. I live overseas working to bring the mortgage down in Australia before I return home and they exploited her promising big returns working from home where she could look after our boy. We have a lot of money sitting with plusoption and they of course are refusing/ignoring to process any refunds because supposedly we need to get the balance to $600,000 of profits before we can get money back. This of course will never happen, they are trying to get my wife to trade regularly and guess what happens over time she loses her money. We have copious documentation of correspondence/emails/recordings of calls. Anyone thinking of investing with them, then before you do so let me share our interactions with Semyon Dukack, Eric Goldman, John Anthony and Jordan B. We have processed chargebacks and are awaiting the outcome.

The reason for reaching out here is that we have appointed Giambrone and have begun the process of legal action. We are looking for other investors who wish to become involved - there is value in numbers and the results of recovery improve. We are particularly interested in having a UK based investor join us as it provides a stronger legal framework for recovery. You can either respond here or contact joanna.bailey@giambronelaw.com. Lets bring these guys to account.
