Dear Regulatory Compliance
Departments (Seychelles FSA, Mauritius FSC, Vanuatu VFSC, Hong Kong SFC, Malaysia Labuan FSA, Singapore MAS) and Doo Prime Management,
I am submitting a formal technical rebuttal and complaint regarding the unjustified confiscation of $1,250 in legitimate trading profits from account #10001270 (Registered Email: tickmill372@gmail.com) Account Holder: Muhammad Rashid).
Doo Prime has labeled my profits as "Gap Trading Abuse" under a generic "Balance Correction" notice. I completely reject this claim based on fundamental market execution mechanics and financial regulations:
1. Failure of Real-Time System Controls & Automated Risk Engine:
If trading across market gaps was prohibited or restricted under your policy:
Why did your system accept order placement during pre-closure / market hours?
Why did your automated risk engine fail to manually or automatically close, restrict, or liquidate the open positions prior to the 2-day weekend closure?
Allowing positions to sit open across a 2-day weekend while your system remains completely inactive, only to retroactively step in after the client earns a profit, is an internal risk management failure—not trader policy violation.
2. Asymmetric Execution Rules:
Which standard forex regulatory rule allows a broker to pass negative slippage onto traders during market gaps, yet retroactively nullify positive trading outcomes as "Abuse"? This is a clear double standard.
3. Direct Inquiry to Regulatory Authorities:
It has been over a week since formal complaints were escalated, yet neither Doo Prime's compliance team nor the licensing regulatory departments have provided a substantive reply. Why do regulatory authorities issue licenses to brokers if they fail to take swift enforcement action against arbitrary profit confiscations? Are regulatory standards being compromised while brokers operate as immune execution judges without producing server audit logs or tick-level execution data?
FORMAL DEMAND:
I demand the immediate release and restoration of the withheld $1,250 profit balance to Account #10001270.
Sincerely,
Name: Muhammad Rashid
Trading Account: #10001270
