Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

An offer of "free" $1000 to trade with is 99.9% likely to fall into one of these categories:

1. Demo account

2. Bonus with nearly impossible terms and conditions linked to the ability to withdraw profits. This may or may not require you to deposit money. I can guarantee that the broker involved will hound you for deposits.

If you decided to find out, don't give your primary email account. By signing up, you'll be getting on a mailing list.

Hey, the offer expires in 18 minutes, so it will be over by the time you read this - unless every time the page is loaded you get 18 minutes. Oh wait - the video says it will be withdrawn within a few hours.

Video is supposed to be less than 4 minutes. Funny, it's still going on after 12 minutes. I guess I'm supposed to give my email address to get the short video.

I spotted something in the video - it's binary options. Read this:
