Well, there are actually some problems with it. THe point is Osc Predictor is copyright protected by its owner - Joe DiNapoli. So, you could either purchase legal software that has DiNapoli indicator pack, or - use another free indicator that works the same but its using not as comfortable as Osc Predictor.
This is DOSC (Detrended oscillator). We explained in details how to use it in our Forex Military School
Using DOSC with Excel simple calculations will let you estimate the same OB/OS levels.
