Good morning,

We suggest that the pause in downside action stands due to the oversold and temporal easing of geopolitical tensions. Hardly this lasts too long. WIth the breaking of bullish weekly patterns chances on downside continuation looks better now.

With the end of the Month the EUR/$ comes to critical area. I am also looking across the Board and the AUD/Kiwi stand at Necklines of Huge H&S patterns! The GBP does look like it could go either way over the next weeks or months also! I would not be selling the EUR/$ right now!
I think that there could be some 'surprises YET' on Geopolitics! It ALL depends on what happens in Ukraine ofcourse! If things drag on in Ukraine and there is an insurgency...then military conflict could 'Drag on' for months..even years! I cannot see how Russia can 'occupy' a country the size of Ukraine! What is expected is another Afghanistan..and Putin could come under 'Real Pressure'..at Home amongst his own Russian Citizens! The surprise could be some fast negotiated Peace deal...which allows all sides to 'de-escalate the conflict...and thus...the emphasis will be back on $US Inflation...and the Macroeconomy! I wil lbe watching over next week or 2 for this surpise!?
