Good morning,

After collapse of the US banking sector yesterday and massive run into safe-haven, we consider long entry, after NFP report - if it will be not too strong to crush our trading setup:

Currently 3-month US T-Bills are 5.1% On the other hand banks may start selling gold to cover liquidity

I'm looking at Silver also for a 'Bounce'. It's dropped faster than Gold over last few weeks.

Hardly, the gold amount is not too big on the balances. More probable is the Bonds' selling, despite possible looses, as it was with SVB. Banks have ~620 Bln of unrealized loses, and most of them are due Bonds "mark-to-market" valuation.

Banks lost concept of hedging investment risk on bonds during last decade of FED rate suppression...Now they will start to fall like dominos...
