Is This A Trading Strategy?

I read in a Forex Manual that whatever be the price of
a forex pair at 8.30am(EST), will, 80% of the time,
continue for the trading session.

In otherwords, if the price of a given currency pair
is bullish, the trend will continue. and vice versa.

I know we have gurus here. Please help me out!

I'm not a guru and maybe that's why I have never heard that before.

You have to remember that the market is going to do what it wants to do at any time. Imo I wouldnt base any strategy on that.

Did you get that manual from a broker!?!?

Try 13:30 EST, but look at the trend that had developed throughout the day and trade in the direction of that.

Go ahead and backtest....I think you will be surprised
