Kentucky Derby
Here is a good “Mint Julep” recipe for watching the Derby. You have to start on Friday. It’s good chemistry, an Alcohol extraction, Carbonate supersaturate, and a short cold recombinant fermentation.

I use an ice cream scoop in a Pyrex bowl as a mortar & pestle, run the mint extract through a coffee filter, add it the the hot sugar mix, and let both cool to room temp before putting in the fridge though.
Don’t expect a post from me after that.
That was my 200th post. I had to work hard to make 10 posts some time ago.
Thank you Forex Peace Army I started learning from scratch with you, still working on my reading & writing (I got bi-focal’s for this).
