Hello,
I am currently facing a problem with broker Prime4x (forex | online forex trading | forex broker | prime4x.com). I made my first withdrawal on the beginning of this year, then next, but no money came from that time till today (they even did not move from my trading account) - i takes too long and I am very afraid of returning my money back.
My Prime4x accounts are: 76128 and 76403.
My accounting is 17000 USD (11000 + 6000 USD)

I need your help in this issue - please can you help me?

Dear Roman,

Prime4X are already declared as Scam brokers, so you can not file a case against them in our Trader's court.

That doesn't stop you from taking legal action against them.

Legal actions

Hi There,

I've tried to make a withdrawal several times, all without succes. I still have 22.000 USD on my account (account 75432) Last withdrawal I asked was 10.000 USD, but without succes.

My question:
Is there somebody who already started legal actions? Can we join tot start legel actions? Does anybody know we can sue?

How can I contact Prime4x?

I have a live account with Prime4x, and have had no real problems with them (possibly because I have never tried to make a withdrawal), but now I can't even contact them. For the past couple of weeks, when I try Prime4x.com, I have been getting a "Unable to connect to Server message". Is there a different web site I can connect with them on - or does anyone have a phone number where I can call them, or some other means of contacting them?

Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated!!

In light of the bad things I have seen lately about them, and the fact that now I can't even reach them, I feel I need to close out my account with them.

my name is seyed abdolreza sheydaei with aaount number 85500, i sent my withdraw request more than 6 months ago and after that when i didnt recieve i asked them by email, live support, persian support and also by telephon and more than 10 times they told me your withdrawall request is going to be done quickly, as soon as possible, soon and...but still nothing (i kept all the mails and even the chats.) after that i sent 5 email to andri but again nothing and from the last week the prime4x website is not working and the message is internet explorer can not display....my equity is 3900$ and please help me to cash it out.

:unhappy:I don't think they are good man . i made withdrawal request since last year august and they have not doneanything about it till date.

Ijoined prime4x in January 2010 and four months after, I have nothing to complain about. My $1400 deposit by bank wire from Nigeria was credited within 5 days. My first few trades were losses. That was no fault of theirs. I was not patient to see the trades through and I was not following the rules of money management. Then I needed money for some other things and I requested for a withdrawal of $850 out of the $1200 left in my account. About two weeks later, I got the funds. Note that it took them three days to process the withdrawal before sending it. Then I realized I submitted a wrong account number - my local currency account instead of my dollar account. So that delayed the crediting of the funds by my bank in Nigeria. One can hardly blame prime4x for this! Well, back to my trading, I again recorded a string of losses until I had only $80 left. Then I reviewed my trading strategy as well as money management. I stopped trading short term and began to trade the daily chart and never exceeded 0.01 lot on any trade. Now, I have $270 in my account. All through, I never had problem placing trades, closing trades nor with my SL or TP. So far so good. What will happen when I make the next withdrawal is what I do not know. I hope I am able to prove that prime4x is great! Till then ....................
